Interspire Developer

We are looking for a Interspire Developer who be able to handle a custom checkout modification to our current site www.willsieco.com. We would like the checkout process to resemble www.graduationsource.com. You will notice in the checkout, that they have steps 1 through 6. We are specifically interested in steps 3, 4 and 5. We would like to offer rushed processing and an estimated delivery date which would be generated dynamically based on product availability, processing time and shipping selection. We need two variations for rush processing.... Product Group 1 (higher ticket items) - normal shipping time 4 weeks at $0, ship in two weeks $50, ship in 1 week $100 Product Group 2 (smaller ticket items) - normal shipping time 2 weeks at $0, ship in less than 5 business days $20, ship same day before 3 CDT $40. We would have to be able to categorize our products into these 2 different rush processing groups. We also need a a date selector which will provide us a "need by date" for the customer in US format. It would need to be printed in the invoice and package slip. Also, we need our package slip to display our logo. Please provide us your thoughts on the amount of time this would take to complete. We are sort of in a rush, and would like this completed asap.
