Bootstrap Shortcode Plugin

Create a WordPress plugin for use with the Twitter Bootstrap shortcodes. The plugin must utilize all available shortcodes within the bootstrap css at the latest version (2.2.2.x) All shortcodes must be grouped under one TinyMCE button with a dropdown effect to select the required shortcode. On selection, the shortcode is either inserted into the editing panel or the user is given further options to customize the shortcode with values before insertion - if no customization is offered then inserted shortcodes must contain some default values for the end user to amend with their preferred values. Must have an options page with check box to select the inclusion the bootstrap css and or js if the theme in use is not a bootstrap native theme - in addition a check box to enable/disable shortcodes. Half of the task is already done - i.e. the Bootstrap CSS & JS are already available plus a list of shortcode PHP is available (Included in zip file). The requirement here is to create the TinyMCE plugin and hook it up. Please note: That the [login to view URL] is provided as a starting point to build!
