php mysql website running on myisam tables requires new module

(please note if you read my other job post this is for a different website. feel free to apply for both. this one is less complex since it's already running on myisam) I run a small question and answer website that is running on php mysql with myisam table structure. i need to add a module to the question pages called "related discussions". if a user tries to ask a similar question to one that exists in the db already? rather than create a new question page for the question it should be matched against a query to determine if it's related to any existing questions... and if it is put this new question in a section on the matched question page called "related discussions". related discussions must be able to accept comments / replies. the matching algo would be something like the following: SELECT MATCH('Content') AGAINST ('keyword1 keyword2') as Relevance FROM table WHERE MATCH ('Content') AGAINST('+keyword1 +keyword2' IN BOOLEAN MODE) HAVING Relevance > 0.2 ORDER BY Relevance DESC you can match the entire title of the new question and let the match against determine whats relevant. all question input forms would need to be modified to run this check when a user adds a question if required. you would need to create a new datatype or table to store the "related discussions" in the database. also, related discussions must have a "comment" link to allow users to comment on the related discussions. i have a number of jobs i need completed and I am looking for a regular worker should this job go well.
