Programming a picture search portal

As a media agency, I have quite a lot of pictures that are used illegal in the Internet. Currently, the violations are found via Google Images (Upload of Picture) manually. To professionalize this, I am looking for a freelancer, who can programm such a website for me. Functions desired: - Member area, in which picture can add URLs for pictures that shall be searched - Script shall search for pictures automatically and continously via Cronjobs and Google API - Script analysis violations by just crawling the links of the found search results of Google and showing them in the member area below the picture - Member can now look at the URL and decide to classify URL as "OK / unsure / violation" - For each picture, there shall be a statistic area showing URLs by this classifications - In case of violations, a link shall be displayed to make it possible to directly send an inquiry to a lawyer or to use a documentation service - All found results for a picture shall be searched in the database - The script shall recognize when a link of the Google search results has already been found; in this case, the URL shall not be shown again. DESIGN: The website shall have a smart and appealing design.
