Technology Assistant

Busy firm in need of a very tech savvy individual that preferably has experience with Salesforce. You will lead our three person team entering opportunities in Salesforce, keeping track of each opportunity, researching on the opportunity/company websites and through [login to view URL] to provide key information that our team needs to reach the key individuals and to close the deal. This is a long term assignment. You must: Be VERY organized in order to keep track of the opportunity in the database along with use of the call center softphone and to know where the team is in closing the deal. Articulate written and spoken English to help with discussions during our once/week 1 hour meeting through Skype or conference call, work well with our team Keep spreadsheets, expert level in Excel Expert in Salesforce, [login to view URL] and Five 9 Research skills expert, must like browsing the web for key information guided by the consultant This is an 8-10 hour/week work at home position.
