Customize website - PHP script and SQL database

I have an existing fundraising website written in PHP with a SQL database. Some of the functionality I need is there, some is not. You can see the website here: [login to view URL] I need to: -add fields to registration -be able to enter email addresses and send out an email to supporters of a student -change the registration/login process to force visitors to enter/look up a student number, login or register a supporter, or login or register as a school before entering the online shop so each purchase is tracked by student -schools need to be able to view what studnents have registered and sold ---->see this site as an example: [login to view URL] - clean up front end - make it much prettier ---->see this site as an example of prettier: [login to view URL] This MUST BE COMPLETED by July 25th - please only bid if are absolutely positive you can get it done in the next ten days.
