When I select my criteria from Form1 and click "Show Results", all of the records in my microsoft database named "[login to view URL]" meeting that criterial appear in the Form2 listbox. The fields that appear in Form2 listbox should be 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. Address 4. City 5. State 6. Zip 7. Category When I click one time on a record in the listbox, the entire records contents appear in Form4. When I "check" a record(s) in Form2 listbox and click "Print Text Fields of Checked Items" all of the records that have been checked print one entire record on individual page. "formatting is not necessary... I will do that" I also would like to be able to update my records on Form4. The database field names are as shown on forms. database name = [login to view URL] table name = pcptable
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

when the records show up in the listbox - I will "click" (not check) the record and the complete record shows in Form4. when I click a different record in the list, that complete record shows in Form4. I will only "check" the multiple records in the listbox when I am ready to print the complete records.
no there, should not be a separate form for each selected record. The Form4 should only show the one record that is selected "highlighted". When the "record(s)" is "checked" I will then click print and print one complete record per page.
