I need a friendly application which has two databases.
1. Auction Items: Item Name, Item Description, Min. Bid, Min Increment, Donator, Bidders, Winning Bid.
2. Bidders: Name, Address, Phone, Bidding Number, Items Won.
The app will print two forms:
1. Auction Bid Sheet - (sample attached)
2. Bidders Invoice/Receipt
The app has three functions:
1. Add/Edit/Remote Items
2. Add/Edit/Remove Bidders
3. Close Auction/Checkout
The first 2 are basic database entry functions.
#3 matches the auction items with the winning bidders. The application show allow input by keyboard or barcode scanner.
The application will show the total items in the auction and the number remaining to close out. Entering a 0 for a bidder means no winner or no bids. The display should be clear and easy to read as this function would most likely be done using a laptop with a usb scanner connected.
The user completes the closing function returns to the main menu.
Through the main menu the application uses the matched information to print one invoice for each bidder who won at least one item.

Both database files should be able to be saved with custom names for future reference.
