Backend Editing Webiste

I have a website in html format that needs to have backend editing and admin functionality to it in PHP. The website is similar in functionality to [login to view URL] (no flash), A template of our website can be found at [login to view URL] (but I will give you the html) 1. Backend editing – I will need to add and delete text, format text (colors, size fonts) hyperlinks, add and delete photos, add pdf files, add videos, create new pages & link them up to other with other pages in the site, keep track of mailing list and members. 2. Some of the links will need to have drop down menus 3. I will need to the ability to add and delete sponsors and to make them hyperlinks. 4. Add a Mailing List, Newsletter & Mailing list needs to be able to export to excel 5. We will need to be able to take payment on the site 6. There needs to be able to have a program search, this is were people can enter there zip code, state, address and find what programs we are offering in there area (something similar to a store locator) EXAMPLE [login to view URL] The search results should show Activity, start date-end date, time, fee, location (linked up with mapquest), free stuff, age course #, notes, distance, register (weather it be online, print a pdf flyer) how to register link, status EXAMPLE [login to view URL];Miles=30&Sport=0&Age=0&StartMonth=0&IDOrg=0&OrderBy=0&OnlineOnly=0 7. Login for staff so they can get their weekly schedule 8. Customizable form where people can evaluate our programs
