Build a website like www.hotel.bt - repost

Would like to build a website like [login to view URL] There are two parts in the website , one is the Advertisement part which is in the home page top and right side and another is the content page . Would like to build a similar website where Adv and content can be added very easily . ------------------- Features of New Website like www.hotel.bt. ------------------------------------------ 1. The structure of the new website should be same like [login to view URL] 2. There should be admin panel to add/delte/update the Destinations and Hotels. 3. In the Destination image , the no of Hotel will be displayed. 4. In the Hotel tab , there will be another tab called "Review" where Guest user can write a review against the hotel in the following five category Location Appearance Room Food Service The scorecare rating scale will be Excellent(5) VeryGood(4) Good(3) Average(2) Poor(1) and there will be a free text also to put the reviw comments . It is almost similar to HolidayIQ review page with another addition free text box "Your city " .The form will also capture Name , City MobileNo, emailid There will be a also report of in excel to generate the Name, Mobile No , HotelName , HotelRating 5. In the Hotel Image , No of Review and Avg Score will be dsplayed . for Example, If a particular Hotel , there are three score 4, 5 and 3 , then in the Hotel image "3 Review - Score 4 " will be displayed and It will be dynamic in nature . 6. The Hotel & Destination will appear in the Alphabetical Order 7. In the Main Header Block or Left pane image , for some of the image , it will open a page in the content area , For expample If the Image is for Darjeeling , When clicked it will open the small page below ..Pls share a nice html template for this page .. 8. The project must include also detail document on the admin panel with screen shot with offsite training through skype /teamviewer /ammy etc . 9. There will be also a link to the online hotel booking link with enable /disable option ..
