Clickable adoptable site

I'm looking for a programmer to code me a clickable pet adoptable site. Essentially there are pictures ("pets") that can be adopted by users. They will then post these pets on other sites where other people can click on them. Each click is registered and once it hits a certain number the "pet" will grow to the next stage, and so on. Some features I'll be needing are: 1. Clicks. Clicking on pets have a chance of dropping "money" or items for the owner. 2. Item shop. A manually stockable page where the owners can use the currency to purchase available items. 3. Mixing. A page which allows players to combine items and produce a new one. 4. Some items have special uses. Eg Reverting the pet to the previous stage, or creates a new pet. 5. Uploading pets with specific information such as their growth progression stages, how many clicks it takes to grow from stage to stage, species name, etc. 6. Ability for users to name their pets. 7.
