CodeIgniter bug fixes and maintenance - House listing

We have a live website made with codeigniter that needs some bug fixes. The site is for listing houses for sale 1. Add to Favorite does not work (B) 2. Same city name but different country should not be associated as one (B) 1. Listing ended/expired prematurely (A) 2. Search Location issue that interfere with the site search algorithm (A) 3. Buyer commission is 0 shows in shopping cart (B) 4. In Payment Tab, it shows buyer net payment instead of seller listing price (A) 5. Buyer with no email activation can not buy (no buy button - functional correct), but buyer has no clue to why (need to implement resend verification email) (A) 6. Change Buyer Order status (A) 7. After buyer cancel order appoval, screen goes white (A) 8. Adding 2 listings in shopping cart, checkout, only 1 listing is checkout (A) 9. If two users add the same listing in shopping cart, when both checkout, both listings got checkout and seller gets two order approvals. (A) 10. Listing expired in shopping cart, is able to check out (A) 11. Invite field is not cleared after user closes the invite box (B) 12. Listing Status for Buyer and Seller is active when listing is expired (B) 13. Once order approval is sent by buyer, listing / order can changed. (B) 14. Leave Feedback is available when order is not finished (A) 5. When user is not logged in, then user search. After search result is rendered, user log in, but then after login, the search result is gone, as it goes back to home page (C) 6. Email notification subject must reflect to the content (A) 6. Can not click the listing on Manage Listing (A) (A) means priority (B) is secondary (C) is least important
