Complete 90% ready PHP/MySQL website.

I have his code drop from 8/31/2010, he made 4 more incremental changes based on screenshots I provided. Attached is the code drop. Please take your time and review the code before bidding. I need a developer who will help me * re-implement the 4 changes, * upload the code to a hosting service, * guide me in the initial setup.
