Complex P2P Website with strong profiles and calendar

This project would entail creating an entire website similar to [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] but with the stronger calendar and market pricing of AirBnB or Agriya Burrow and the simple feel of [login to view URL] and freelancer.com. It would need the ability to have profiles for "employers" and detailed profiles for "nannies" with simultaneous matching of requests meeting proper search criteria -The website could be used in "employer" or "nannies" mode. -The website would need to be paypal/credit card friendly. -Providers would need to be able to submit their profiles for review to the company. -Feedback/ratings after job is finished would be very important. -Security would be very important. Financial security and identity security is a must. -Flawless social media connection will be important: FB, Twitter, Linked In, etc. I want people to be able to log in with their facebook accounts if they choose to. -The budget for this is not flexible. It must be able to be done in the stated fixed, preferably for less than $2500 USD. Full website specs available offline. -I need to have 6 months worth of update ability once the website is created.
