Create a website like 9gag.com (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

Hey guys, I need a programmer to create a website just like [login to view URL] Please have a close look at the website to get all the details and only bid if you're 100% able to rebuild that. Logos or any other pics will be provided by me. What I don't need is: -the "fast" section -an extra login for the page itself (people have to sign in with their facebook accounts) -the "trending" section - only "hot" and "vote" will do it Here's the deal: You'll get half of your bid once the page is set up and free of any bugs. The other half will be transferred to you once the page is fully on my server and working. Please don't bid if you don't accept this.
