Experienced Designer and Developer to finalise an "almost there" Smart Job Board Project - repost

I have recently attempted a project with some web developers who have assisted me to develop a template for a Smart Job Board system that I purchased through www.smartjobboard.com. It can be found here: [login to view URL] When I started I asked the developers to model the site off the following site: [login to view URL] - this site I like the look and function of. However I would like my site ([login to view URL]) with my colour scheme and some design changes. Only some aspects of this were completed by the last developers. There are still a number of functions and design gaps in the project. I am interested in finding someone who can complete this project by having a look at my site and then at [login to view URL] and deliver me a site with the same level of graphic design and function as www.hair2beautyjobsource.com. Can you develop a site like this? I would like someone with good design skills and someone with website experience, php, who can deliver me a site with all of the same functions as [login to view URL] but with some of my design changes.
