Joomla Template Design

Joomla Template Design (Heavy CSS) for an Event Site. Joomla is a CMS that relies heavily nn CSS. I am building the sites content and functionality. I need a TOP NOTCH Template for the site. You must know CSS for this project. You can run through a tutorial here: [login to view URL] You will end up showing me the template you create on your server with your version of Joomla running (easy and free install). So if you havent created a Joomla template before I recommend doing the tutorial, installing Joomla and showing me a DEMO template BEFORE Bidding. The EMPHASIS of this project is a GREAT LOOKING TEMPLATE. I need good quality graphics creation and layout. It should take no longer than 5 hours to create. I will pay $25 up front, $25 when the template is finished (I will review it on your site and might ask for changes) and another $25 if client accepts the design. If your design is good then I will have you do a couple more designs until client accepts it. I am starting a new SEO/Site Design company and have 3 more projects in the Queue.
