Magento website template customization

I would like a template or customization of a template that will have some features of the following website. [login to view URL] What I want to be done is to make exactly the same for the catalog price list, which will be presenting in a list simple products, with custom options. Also the main categories menu at the left side should follow the scroll down of the user to the menu and the cart at the right too. This new list menu will be put in the main page of the magento website. I am looking for a long term business relationship, as more projects on magento will follow. Thank you
