make a joomla web page 100% fit all screen sizes no scolling down

Site is made in joomla 3.0 the site is 100% in width but its not 100% in height you have to work on the height of the site as i dont was the images stretching when you adjust the height the hieght should auto fit all screensizes so point 1 you will adjust the hieght to fit all screensizes point 2 all buttons which i want clickable should be able to click so make links on the images on homepage point 3 make the menu same as i have in psd and the menu should be auto adjustable when you adjust screen size very important i want the site to fit all screen sizes in terms of height the width is already 100% width
