Mysql Integration without Change Layout

I need someone to integrate mysql database to my website with out changing much of the web layout My old web has mysql database (this is important) and I recently ask someone to redesign the web for better ads placement. they did good job on this one but they don't have the skill for database integration so the new site is static html so I want someone who can integrate database with my current layout and add few new pages so user can browse around this is myspace resouce site related. you can type on google for 'myspace layout' and you will see, all site has database for all icon/backgrounds etc.. I need similar like this Database will be provided. we will simply import them :) PM me if you can do this, I will give more detail and website if the budget is not enough, please let me know but I kinda guess this will not be very hard to do
