PHP project with shopping cart integration - repost

This project is complete through to HTMl of most pages. This job is being reassigned due to current freelancers inability to keep the project on a defined schedule. The project will require the following 1. Complete interlinking of html screenshot files. Where necessary convert static screenshots into dynamic html pages and interlink as appropriate. 2. Incorporate shopping cart feature, preferably [login to view URL] solution, though an independent cart must be available for other vendors to list products on the site outside of DOBA's product line. 3. Integrate HTML with MYSQL DB 4. Define Java includes where applicable 5. Install social media plugins, Mailchimp email services and notification systems 6. Affiliate marketing integration using adsense 7. Construct dynamic site map and connect it to Google sitemap API 8. Complete CMS system with page generator for blogging 9. Include ability to define page name, meta tag and meta description within each apge The site needs to be completely coded in next few weeks, at least a good part of it.
