Powerful theme for website

This project is very simple. This is a long term project. However I need just the homepage of the project to start with. We must get a very powerful theme for our website. Nothing will be invented. I provide very specific design as you can see on the attached file and you produce the theme convert it into a website. You will host the file on your own server. Once I approve the work, i will make payment and then send you my hosting details. DO NOT ASK ANY MILESTONE. I will pay full invoice once the job is completed. I want a very powerful theme. Must use include W3C css validation. THE THEME GRAPHIC IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. YOU MUST BE GOOD WITH PHOTOSHOP OR ANY OTHER GRAPHIC SOFTWARE. WEB3 is a must. THE SITE MUST BE VERY ATTRACTIVE.
