Private project for Ktinfosoft - consulting firm site

We are a consulting firm that specialize in obtaining non-dilutive funding from governmental sources. we need a very CORPORATE looking site - well designed (shadowing, gradients), but not over featured, three colors at most (White, Red, Grey). We also want a Flash in the homepage to display pictures of us which we will supply. The box/background for the flash/changing pictures should be well designed (grey shadowing for example). I have some mockups and websites that may help your designer understand what we are looking for. Also on the hompage we want a running text+logos of from our clients (logo of client and some text) that when you stand on it it stops and when you move the cursor away, it keeps rolling to the next client logo and text - continuous movement of text until stopped by cursor. The pages (not homepage) should also have a side bar to display the subcategories when a category from the toolbar is clicked. The side bar should fit in well with the overall design/look and feel.
