B2C Reverse bidding (not a penny auction website!)

***** URGENT ****** - Do NOT bid unless you read the descrption below or attached document. All vendors which have not read what we are after will be IGNORED !! We require a website and database to be developed which will allow the following: Potential Buyers: List the products they are after - After registering, enter the details of the product they are after. Suppliers bid for your business - automatically email retailers the products which the buyers is after. They can create a quote (bid) for the product. However, business should only revice notfications to make a bid if they stock / sell that item Customer selects the best bid - bids are delivered straight to customers inbox. Suppliers can differentiate themselves in terms of price, quality, availability or any other factor that you have specified. Select the best bid for you, saving time and money! Sellers Register thier details, complete your business profile and fill out what type of categories they want to recive from potential customers You can then review the leads and decide if you would like to quote (bid) on the job. Once the time limit is up a cron job is run and an email sent to the customer listing all the prices from diffrent sellers. I have attached a more detailed spec - however this is only a guideline and it will of course change. **** Vendors who ask questions and explain how they propose to setup the database scemea and cron job will only be reviewed - please do not waste your time posting generic reponses, these will be ignored ***
