Streaming Media Web, E-Learning and Analytics Application

We are looking to build a platform to host a variety of educational data, essentially a video and quiz content management system for education. We will be partnering with organizations who have premade content in the form of videos and self assessment tools. We are looking for something similar to Kajabi but with a much deeper level of functionality. The platform: must be able to have a number of levels of access for different levels of subscribers must be able to manage video content easily must be able to provide a number of analytic tools to measure viewer engagement must be able to deliver video to mobile platforms as well as web platforms must be able to share media must have the capacity for a high level of scalability must be able to allow users to create their own profiles and have a social aspect to it in the form of discussion forums and groups; news feeds
