Upgrade Website

We are looking for someone to redesign our website in Wordpress. It must be built so that we can easily update the site ourselves. We will be updating content, PDF\\\'s, whitepapers, and blogs. Consequently, it must be manageable for us to use, change, add pages and content. We are expecting a home page and two to four interior pages to describe who we are, what we do, and our services and products. The interior pages should resemble the main page but have space for text and explanations. We want a clean and professional design to target medium to large organizations, not individual users. The site will be visited from people around the world so it must be functional across different browsers in different countries. \\r\\n\\r\\nOverview\\r\\nWe are a US based human resource consulting organization that provides solutions in selection, development, on-boarding, employee management, succession planning, and identification of high potentials. However, much of the content provided under products and services will be use and/or slightly reduced. \\r\\n\\r\\nWe like the look and feel of the websites below and would like ours to be similar. We would like you to develop a website that can compete with these.\\r\\n[login to view URL]\\r\\n[login to view URL]\\r\\n[login to view URL]\\r\\n\\r\\nWe would like to have a slider feature with up to 6 rotating pages, perhaps reflecting our key solutions (selection, development, on-boarding, leadership, succession planning, and identification of high potentials). We are thinking our solutions would be tabs below the slider and remain there so users can quickly move back and forth. Other information such as \\\"about us\\\" and \\\"research\\\" could be smaller tabs on the top of the page opposite our logo/name. I have described potential ideas but if you have something better please let us know.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe are also asking for a preview of your vision of our website and samples of your past work. Any candidates will need to be proficient in website design, Wordpress code, site indexing, template building, graphic design, and SEO. We would potentially be interested in retaining services for SEO if you are interested. We are interested in a nice looking and functional sight that once it is built, we can manage and is competitive in our market space.
