VBUlletin Expert wanted

We are designing a new website and want to add a few features and other things. We are not great with vbulletin so what we are looking for is someone we can work with to get somethings done we don't know for sure how to do. So you would need to be able to explain how to achieve things we want to do as well as accomplish things that we would like to get done. So you will act as a teacher and a coder. This should be a pretty easy project as we have an example of what we want to do and it looks easy but we are more phpbb than vbulletin.
