Web Developer specialising in Wordpress for on-going work

This is a great opportunity for a Wordpress expert to come and work for us remotely. We have various up and coming projects that we don't have the capacity to fulfill, so we need help from an experienced Web Developer who has extensive experience in Wordpress, who has a super keen eye for details and excellent communication skills. We will send you projects to work on from start to finish, we expect you to give us a fixed price for completing the project. This will be a typical project; - We will give you the FTP details / WP log-in details - We will give you a Wordpress theme that the client has chosen - You will be given a brief of what the website should look like and how the theme should be customised - You will be given logo, images, branding and content, which you must populate in the theme - You must set up all widgets, menus and install the required plug-ins - Once you have built the website you will take feedback from client and make changes as required - All the websites must be SEO friendly and cross-browser You will also be required to do general Web Development work, where we will send you small projects and you will invoice us in 15 minute blocks of time. IMPORTANT: We are not looking for a Web Designer, we need a Developer with an extensive Web Development skillset, including PHP, MySQL. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. IMPORTANT: You must be within 3 hours of the Brisbane timezone (which is UTC+10) What you need for this position: - Experience with WordPress, PHP, MySQL - Experience in web design and/or information architecture; experience with B2C/B2B websites and/or applications - Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript - Experience with common design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Interface design experience and exceptional web UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing similar projects - A strong online portfolio that reflects range of design (required) - Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross browser compatibility; experience with mobile, mobile web, and tablet applications strongly desired - Solid experience with web standards, SEO, and accessibility issues - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc - Track record of working with web application design projects, SEO, and web site conversion Just so I know you have read all of the brief, tell me a place in the USA in your proposal :) Thank you
