web programmer needed hourly

We need an experienced web programmer who has some design skills and will work for an hourly rate or a low flat rate to help us get a small 3-5 page site completed. It is a simple, lead capture page, sales page, checkout page with 1-3 upsells, and a thank you page. we have samples and some templates, so don't need complete re-design, but need someone who can help us put it together and make some changes. if you're looking for long term work and consistent money this is for you. If you're looking for large money now at one time, this is not for you.
