Website to connect company with users (unique)

Seeking someone to build a fairly simple website. Have already made a basic template, just needs some more work from someone with experience. Website needs to be design focused. A clean and simple design/look is preferable. After something unique. Idea behind the site is to connect users to a company, and for the company to post directly to the users on a specific page. Further details will obviously be provided in this regard. The site needs to have basic register and log in functions (seperate sections for individuals and for company), basic widgets, some flash. White background, strong primary colours. Design of a logo is also needed (something fairly simple). Further work (in addition to this project) will likely be given to the chosen freelancer, if work is suitable. Budget is flexible. Thanks.
