Website design and cms in php

Im looking for a professional and skilled company/person, that can design a very simple but yet unique website for a wine entusiast, and also develop it in PHP with cms. You can create design and website like these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Designs that shows the chararistics of wine and at the same time look unique but simple. If you cannot do this kind of designs please dont bid. Also when started I want mockup/sketches of the upcomming design, so we can correct if anythings needed. For the cms, 6 menu points is needed and some of the pages should be editable from the cms. I have both images and logo provided by myself.
