Hi there, We are looking to build an online bulk buy website. On this website, various manufacturers can offer their products and services to the public at a discounted price. The offer becomes available if a minimum order quantity has been reached and the sale is finalised. Similar websites with desired functionalities are: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Your quote must include: - Providing project management and documentation (e.g. workflows, system requirements, test scripts etc.) - Consulting on best practice of workflows - Full web design, coding and testing of all pages - Secure login area for manufacturers and system administrator. - Registration of buyers and manufacturers (via na online form). - Manufacturers must have the ability in their login area to dynamically manage their future and view any past offers (terms and conditions, uploading a picture, description, usual price vs. discounted price, minimum required buys, maximum buys) - Automated email functionality that sends out vouchers (as a confirmation after sale has been finalised and minimum order quantity has been reached), advises buyers of new offers (e.g. newsletter style to specific buyer group in portfolio) and checks/confirms email addresses with link to the database after a manufacturer has finalised a registration - Automated email notification to buyer if the minimum order quantity has not been reached and the sale has not gone ahead - System administrator must be able to track sales and website activities - Full Content Management System for the system administrator (includes managing manufacturer and registered buyer profiles, activating/deactivating users, managing offers where necessary, viewing past/active/future offers, viewing and emailing all buyer details of an offer and emailing these to the administrator, ability to manage the timing slots for the offers, managing content/graphics on the website, database management etc.) - Attaching PDF documents to emails (e.g. vouchers, terms and conditions) - Two level of system administrator access with different user rights - Integration of a payment gateway and PayPal - Online reporting for the system administrator and the manufacturer - A non disclosure agreement must be signed prior commencing of this project - Must be coded in an standard code e.g. PHP - Automatic backup of database - 3 - 6 month system support after delivery of the project.
