518872 Wordpress Podcast Site Design and Coding

I want a fully functioning website where I can upload weekly podcasts using wordpress as the CMS. This project will consist initially of designing a website that will look similar (but not the same as) thisameicanlife.com. I don't need a logo, just a nice looking Wordpress template that will present the uploaded podcasts well. I'll give more detailed descriptions of the design over PMB. The site must have the ability to upload and display a podcast along with a picture and some text. There are some plugins for wordpress that allow for this and I'm fine if the coder wants to use those as long as they are updated regularly. Site will be expected to work correctly in all major browsers. About you... You are a coder/designer that has experience with coding templates for Wordpress and preferably with setting up podcasts. You communicate well, and adhere to deadlines . I like working with people that are not afraid to make suggestions or ask for clarifications.
