Wordpress site needed - design similar to www.litmos.com

Hi - I'm looking for a wordpress developer who can create a site similar to [login to view URL] with similar theme, potentially similar coloring, layout etc. Please note that I need only the static pages and not the functions of [login to view URL] as a software product :) We will be using [login to view URL]'s Learning Management System to host and sell courses online and this wordpress site will be the front end while the Litmos LMS sits on the backend. I would like to work with someone who has - a) Plenty of Wordpress development experience b) Plenty of Php development experience c) Plenty of experience working with Non-IT professional to translate their views and requirements and achieve end result. d) Experienced service providers with good feedback only Please note that the job may require the resource to explore and understand the way [login to view URL] works and how it integrates into the overall business model etc. Might even need support to integrate using the Developer API of Litmus which would ofcourse be Phase 2. This should certainly be a cake walk for an experienced service provider. Please be ready to showcase samples preferably of website development in Wordpress or Php preferably for Elearning / Etraining industry. Just to clarify - The bid is only to create the static pages similar to [login to view URL] website. Not their application :)
