I have an HTML website that needs to be converted into a wordpress site for ease of updating and such. New plugins will be required to replace the old one and to give it a fresher look (a majority of the additional plugins can probably be found for free).It needs to still be able to work on a mobile and tablet device without error. Everything will need to be easy to update.
