476237 Wordpress Theme needed

I need a WordPress theme designed. The details and specifications are as follows: 1) I will need two page layouts. One page will be a single column layout, which will be used primarily for the home/landing page. The second will be a 2 column layout with the right sidebar space used for widgets. 2) There will be a slideshow on the splash/home page so please make sure you include the plug-in which will power it and then test it to make sure it works properly. 3) Mouse-over effects must be on all the horizontal navigation. Since we have the site built as a Dreamweaver HTML site, I will provide you with the Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS files, etc. so that you will be able to see EXACTLY what needs to be included. 4) CSS effects for fonts, roll-overs, etc. must be identical to HTML version of the site. 5) Social media icons at the top should each be a separate "button" linking to each social media resource. (We will add the links later.) 6) Login button should link to a "Login" landing page. We will add the code for this later. 7) Install the theme on our Wordpress installation. Make sure that it works and that nothing looks/functions oddly. 8) Add any needed plug-ins such as needed for the splash page animated header. ----------------------------------------------------------- Project Due Date: One Week upon Date of Award. (That's 7 days including weekends, USA time.) Projects delayed due to programmer caused delays may be subject to refusal, including no payment. I HATE it when people take on projects and flake out at the 11th hour. If you can't meet deadlines, aren't prepared to deliver quality, don't have the skills, please don't waste my time. 4) Will communicate through email, chat or skype as needed. Prefer email. 5) Will be doing the project yourself...NO BROKERS! If you personally can't do the work, don't bid...no exceptions! 6) Payment will be escrowed ... 10% to start. 40% when you show me the "functioning" version. 50% when I deem you've finished it according to specifications. 7) You may NOT use this design in your portfolio or reference this project as your own work. It is a work-for-hire and we retain all rights to the work you create...no exceptions! ......................................
