RS-232 Application Software

This software will send RS-232 codes depending on the configuration user selects. Based on combination of choices different commands will be sent over RS-232. The program must save all of the parameters to file and be able to print out all of the parameters. Attached ZIP file has detailed .PDF file expalining the operation of the program and EXE and source files for Delphi prototype. On the prototype nothing works except visually it is correct. It can be used as the starting point. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 98 through NT/2000/XP ## Deadline information Following rules apply: 1. Daily progress is required to complete this project on time. 2. Daily e-mail with the compiled software and source code is required so that progress can be evaluated and errors are corrected early in the project. 3. Software must be compilable in Delphi6/7. Sorry no exceptions. 4. Bid will be awarded on Tuesday, October 8 at midnight. 5. You must be able to start working on this right a way, no delays. 6. Do not bid if you are too bussy or did not do this type of work before. 7. Deadline is not moovable, do not ask for extentions. :-) :-)
