Let me give you some background. There are basically 2 pdf documents. The one that requires the password was developed by a person I do not know. He developed a training manual on neural networks and he also provided several different excel spreadsheets as demonstrations of how people can use neural networks. That pdf also provides information on how the excel spreadsheet was developed. ? The second pdf is a view of what I would like the application to do when it’s developed. This second pdf has you take the excel spreadsheet as well as the add ??"ins and build the application I am requesting. The excel spreadsheet works well but there are many steps involved in getting it to produce a result and I would like to take it and make it easier to use. I would like you to basically automate the process. The spreadsheet is tied together by a series of formulas, two Add Ins (Solver and Scale) and the spreadsheet has a several arrays. I need to have the spreadsheet taken and have a front end placed on the spreadsheet and have the a series of marocs power the process. I have laid out? how I would like the application to look based on the? front end and I have additionally given some detail on how the various columns need to be moved to other spreadsheet tabs but I will allow the developer to decide. My expectation would be for the end result to look as I have specificed and for the results? your application produces, to? be values that? are reproduceable based on the using identical inputs? with little variance. This will be? how I can tell whether the formulas were moved and recreated correctly.? ?
