OSCommerce Sales Management tool in MS Access

I need a customized tool made in order to manage sales and returns data on several OSCommerce shopping carts. I don't care too much about what the program is designed with, but the function should be as such: 1. I would like to be able to synchronize the sales data from several sites one at a time. 2. All customer data will be pulled from the OSCommerce systems into the local program. 3. There should be additional fields for return information and refund information for each order. 4. I would like to be able to run reports on sales totals for all carts and return reports for time periods too 5. We will need fields for sale price, which will be the cost the customer pays pre tax on our shopping carts, then also tax, then shipping cost the customer pays, then total. 6. Also we will need fields for Our product cost and Our shipping cost. 7. Then we will need to do reports on our profit, before returns and our profit after returns. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform OSCommerced is a PHP / Mysql Our computers run Windows XP Pro.
