Re-design of Wordpress site

I have a Wordpress site on [login to view URL] I am very happy with functionality of the site and don't want to lose any of the way he site works. I use the system as a content management system using pages as categories which the posts link to. I think the site looks a mess, I need to keep the Google ads and banner as they are my main source of revenue, but think that the way the Google ads are in the header is messy. The site should have a holiday feel, more colourful. So I'm just looking for a re-design and installation of the new CSS/ HTML which leaves all the functionality that I already have. Please post ideas and recent portfolo here. You can use a template (if I like the design), but it must be customized and installed to work with all my custom code in the site.
