325735 Wordpress - Sales Page Theme

Hi, I am looking for someone to help me create a Wordpress Theme that can be used to create a sales page website. Roughly, what I am wanting to do is take this image of a site: [login to view URL] And turn it into a theme. I assume this will be an easy task for someone who has worked with Wordpress themes... I only need the coding as I will do the design. I have thought of an easy way to do this with minimal custom coding. The theme will consist of 5 components. 1. A header image which I will design. 2. The text, which can be implemented in the form of one single, long post. 3. The body background, which will be as long as the content and will change length based on the amount of text content the user has entered. 4. A nav bar (at the bottom) the items in the nav page will be new "pages"... the new pages will also follow the same format as the index page. 5. A footer image, which I will design. I will provide the successful bidder with demo images and dimensions to work with. I am open to ideas if you have a better way to create the theme.
