Wordpress Template Creation

I need the following completed for the trial project: Need a simple wordpress built template for a scentsy personal website. I just need the framework built and user friendly so that I can upload the pictures and graphics myself into the appropriate areas. I need a WordPress theme to match the same look and feel that I have on our Scentsy corporate site. This wordpress template will be for our personal website and when people browse products, we will need a seamless transition that feels like the same site (redirect). When people click on our links, we want them to go to our Scentsy corporate website links (redirect). Please review document for our URL's and also an exact example of what we need completed. I need this template completed within 2-3 weeks. Please do not bid if you have not already completed a very similar project.
