Add New Section to Zerif Pro Wordpress Template -- 2

I bought the Zerif Pro Wordpress template and I need a new section added to it that meets these requirements: 1) Layout of the section matches the second section at the top of [login to view URL] (the one with the headshot photo and "Schedule a Free Consultation" button). See attached image. 2) Fully responsive across all desktop and mobile devices, including the image, headline, button and description paragraph. 3) Text, colors and settings of background, button and font can be changed. The button should have the same "mouse over" behavior and design as the other buttons in the template. Available fonts should be inherited from Zerif Pro template. 4) The section can be hidden and reordered just like other available sections in the Zerif Pro template using Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Zerif Pro > Customize user interface. See attached screenshots. NOTE: It is acceptable to modify the "Big title section" instead of creating a new section. See attached screenshots. See attached template files and image sample of how I want the section layout and features to look. I would like the theme and modifications installed, developed and tested in your environment to ensure it works. I want to view your work during the project via screen share (Skype is OK) to make sure we are on the same page.
