If a call is received from an existing contact in AMOcrm and there is an open deal associated with that contact, the call will be added to the existing deal. Chat Integration: Incoming messages from chats in 3CX will be attached to the corresponding contact and deal in AMOcrm. If there is no existing contact or open deal in AMOcrm, a new contact will be created and a new deal will be opened. The attached chat in AMOcrm will display the phone number from which the message was sent and the recipient phone number. Our Proposed Solution: To meet your requirements, we propose the following approach: Deal Integration: Implement an integration module that captures incoming calls and their associated details. Develop logic to check if the caller is a new or existing contact in AMOcrm. Create new deals or add calls to existing deals based on the caller's status. Chat Integration: Set up a chat integration between 3CX and AMOcrm, allowing messages to flow seamlessly. Develop a module to receive and process incoming chat messages from 3CX.
