Auto-exchanging and profit auto-switching pools -- 2

Hello, We would like to build a Crypto Mining profit pool that we will have a total of 6 different algorithms and pays out in LTC. We are looking for something like [login to view URL] (Preferred), [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] that auto exchanges for the most profitable coin from the coins available on the server. It will auto exchanges these coins for a coin of my choice and pays out users in that coin every day. Users connect to the pool using their coin address where they receive the payment. If a user/pass database is made, then users connect using their username/pass combination and can setup workers on the website. Example of scripts:MPOS, : [login to view URL], NOMP: [login to view URL], nNOMP does not require user registration and MPOS does. This 2 can be combined to use the NOMP backend and the MPOS frontend. I prefer to not have user registrations for security purposes, but it is not a problem if the bidder chose proposes to design the system with user registrations. We also need to have stratum support. This project will can be broken down into 8 or 9 steps. Since we have been taken advantage of or scammed (out of $1,350.00, paid in bitcoin last time) from “Engineerus” on freelancer, so be careful. I would like to work with someone that is willing to be paid on milestones of the project. I am sorry to have to do this but I cannot lose any more money. Thank you, Keith Robnett PS.
