Automate hotel room quotes from website

[login to view URL] is a website that helps people plan trips to theme parks like Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. We'd like to help people book hotel stays at Disney World's hotels. To do that efficiently, we'd like to automate the task of obtaining a price quote for those hotel stays. The attached document explains the process of obtaining those price quotes, along with the technology requirements, some code style preferences, and the input and output record formats. This is the first time we've tried to automate this task. As a result, your quote for this project should include anywhere from 25% to 50% contingency, on the assumption that we'll need to update the requirements based on something you find while building the code, and any improvements or suggestions you come up with. It might also be a good idea to include time for a couple of phone calls with us, in order to clarify things. At the end of this project, I'd like to have another hourly contract for support, perhaps 10 hours or so, which I can pre-pay.
