Build be a customisable web based virtual card deck which i can sell

web based application which can allow users who have payed for a license to use the one or more of our custom card desks. The user needs to be able to share with at least one other user(non-paying) so that they can see sychronised card movement. There are no rules for playing. The background should be customsiable and can be changed by pressing a button. The cards need to be able to be moved and turned over. The decks - collected, shuffled and the option to spread all the cards face up on the playing area. Licenses must be personal - ie there should be some kind of log-in maybe using google or facebook account. Only one session per user license at a time.
