I am seeking a website builder to build a social media website. It will contain the following features: 1. Free sign up: required input includes first name, last name, email address, new password (2 times), date of birth, male or female, and the check mark box said "By clicking Sign Up, you agree to our Terms of Service/ Data Policy, and website's Cookie Use" 2. As a sign in member: Free upload pictures, videos, free chatting with other members, his/her profile (includes married status, interests, educational background, pictures/video, etc. but his/her emails, or other related personal information is not seen, except he/she wants to share with others) can be seen either members or non-members, similarly as my website [login to view URL] or Facebook 3. As a visitor: Can search for all other members by putting first/last name, but cannot contact/communicate with other members until he/she sign up as a member, similarly as my website [login to view URL] or Facebook. 4. Besides features are similarly Facebook-like or Passionsouls - like websites, each member is able to create his/her website; for example: [login to view URL] (free 3 pages) and of course every one can visit his/her website. 5. All other ideas are welcome. 6. You can use my website [login to view URL] to rewrite scripts or codes, and so on... 7. I have my own Web Server, so this website will be hosted by my server All your bids will be considered. Thank you for your time

This is surely not a small project, so please let me know if you are flexible in your budget, as US $1,500 is very low budget. Here's few questions: - What type of chat features will be provided? If you want instant chat; then you will need to purchase the script and we will implement that script. - The site, which will be created by the registered users, what features you want on that website? It will be static site with 3 pages only? I think one to one technical meeting is important to make sure that we are both on the same page in terms of requirement understanding, after that we can finalize everything to kick started.
