Build a Website

I am looking for someone to create a website for my events business. I have some logos that i am going to need to have tweaked a bit to fit the idea of the site but I am thinking dc comics so I want the site to have a hall of justice feel to it. The main design ideas I would look at these 2 sites for [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like the formatting to be similar to those but the look I would like to be that of a superhero hall. Kind of like you're walking into a place where champions are made and built. I would like a section to place winners of each event and place to post each new event and a gallery section. You can design this however you would like just run the ideas past me. If this comes out great you have a guaranteed return customer, so do your best!! Thanks. The color scheme is purple green white and black. For the sign up page have one side be green and the other be purple. I would like you to make the images sharper for my logos, you can tweak them as much as you would like. I would like my logos posted on flags in the corners as far as the teams but the main logo after tweaking I'd like to be on a red flag at the center and top of the page.
