Build a Website with LMS( Learning management System) for my education startup

I want a creative, easy UI website, which will have an integrated LMS ( Learning Management System). Open Source LMS can be used as SaaS or you can create one from scratch( this can be difficult). The website will require HTML/ CSS/Angular js. The following are my requirements- 1) The website will have 2-5 courses in Machine Learning. Each course will have 20-25 videos of 3-4 hours each. The total size of videos will be <50GB. 2) I also need ratings and Reviews for each course and # of registered users in each course. The first two Videos of the course will be free and the remaining open only to registered users. ( Users will register by Paying the required fee through a payment Gateway). 3) The registered users should have a Course -progress tracker to help them know which Videos have they watched already. 4) The website home page should be attractive with creative images and a few reviews from students along with their LinkedIn Link ( When clicked It should open their LinkedIn Profile) 5) For the registered Students there should be a section where they can book a face to face doubt clearing session with one of our instructors from a list of available Time slots on the calendar. 6) The Home apge will have all basic information about what the Site is intended for the FAQ, About us etc 7) More detailed requirement will provided to parties interested. 8) As a sample of my requirements are websites like - a) [login to view URL] ( It has 1000's of courses, mine will have just 1-5) a) [login to view URL] b) [login to view URL] c)/[login to view URL]
